It’s ready — after 3 long years, I'm excited to showcase the first demo of Nitrility, the world’s first intellectual property marketplace, and announce the opening of our Seed round.

Nitrility isn’t my first venture. When I was 18, I dropped out of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and started a Web3 company that failed due to multiple false copyright claims. I learned firsthand how broken the licensing space was, and I paid the price for it.

Creators can’t license good music for their videos because contacting major artists is impossible. Artists overprice licenses because there’s no outlet to sell them, and platforms like YouTube and Twitch can’t verify license ownership, resulting in billions of dollars lost to false copyright claims.

We started Nitrility with one goal in mind: to never let these issues stop creators, rightsholders, and businesses from thriving.

We’re incredibly fortunate to have come this far. Three years later, we’ve partnered with over 34,000 artists and have over 400,000 of the best songs in the world ready to license on our marketplace.

And this is just the start. We won’t stop until every patent, trademark, and copyright license is on Nitrility.
