We're building our own Generative AI.

In the past 2 years, AI companies have faced criticism for training models using pirated data from rightsholders, leading to lawsuits, ethical debates, and growing distrust from creators. This has opened a huge gap in the market for something new.

Nitrility is the first IP marketplace, so our initial idea was to offer AI companies a way to legally license and use data from the 34,000 rightsholders on our platform (which we still plan to do). But due to the nature of our marketplace, we're in the perfect position to also create our own, better generative AI.

Imagine this: a user types “I want a Post Malone song using Drake’s beats,” and we generate that song using data directly from both artists. Once created, the user licenses the song, and we handle the revenue split in-house—for example, Post Malone receives 70%, Drake 30%, based on their data's contributions to the newly generated content.

It’s like Spotify vs. Pirate Bay—Spotify won because rightsholders control the world, and they built a better product. We can do the same.

• We have access to the best data from top rightsholders, leading to much higher quality outputs from our Generative AI in the long term.

• We're siding with the rightsholders meaning we will never be under legal fire for our user's created content.
